Unlinked Mentions Checker is a free tool that identifies websites mentioning your brand that don't link back to your website. The tool uses third-party APIs to gather this data.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

Results are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Not all brand mentions may be discovered, and some results may be false positives. Always verify results before taking action.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this tool only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use automated tools to access this service or attempt to circumvent rate limits.

4. Limitation of Liability

This tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect the following information when you use our service:

• Domain/URL you submit for analysis
• Business/brand name you provide
• Your first name and email address (required, because the report is delivered by email)
• Your consent to receive email communications from HeyTony, and when you gave it
• IP address (for rate limiting)
• UTM parameters from referral links

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the unlinked mentions analysis
• To email you your report (results are only delivered by email)
• To send you occasional emails from HeyTony, which you agreed to and can unsubscribe from at any time
• To prevent abuse through rate limiting
• To improve our service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• DataForSEO - for brand mention and backlink data
• Resend - for email delivery
• GoHighLevel - our email and contact management system
• Railway - for hosting

4. Data Retention

Scan results are cached for 24 hours to improve performance. Email addresses and lead information are retained until you request deletion.

5. Your Rights
